Late payments may incur additional fees
No refunds will be issued for completed work, time invested, or paid consultations.
Refunds are only applicable under:

Strategy consulting sessions
Partial work if client delays or cancels the project
Final paid deliverables belong to the client

Clients may not resell or distribute our templates, systems, or AI-generated assets without permission
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business, financial, and marketing data unless legally required to disclose.

Reduced performance due to algorithm updates
Losses from incorrect client-provided data
Website downtime due to hosting issues
Third-party service failures
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service within the last 30 days.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
All completed work must be paid for before termination.
Unless stated otherwise, we may showcase non-sensitive work results, visuals, and performance improvements for portfolio and marketing purposes.
